Cancellations And Returns
MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Care team at 18002670304 support@floutbeauty.com within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement.
We request you to reach out to us on WhatsApp or via email on support@floutbeauty.com with an unboxing video, and photos showing the damage, defect or incorrect/ missing product, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
To do so, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@floutbeauty.com, quoting your Order ID.
All cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation/ Return to Origin within the stipulated timeline, we will try to process the refund within 7-10 business days
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders once they have been delivered. Kindly review your order thoroughly before confirming your purchase.
