Shipping And Delivery
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. In case of maintenance, the shipping timelines may be affected.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays. For deliveries to metropolitan cities serviced by our trusted courier partners, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Deliveries to non-metro or remote areas may take slightly longer—around 5 to 7 business days—depending on your location and local courier availability. Please be aware that if your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched at different times based on stock availability and warehouse logistics. The estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout and in your confirmation, email are indicative and may vary slightly based on operational factors. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or your registered email address. Our delivery partners will do their best to get your order to you on time. If they are unable to deliver at the provided address or time, they will reach out to coordinate a convenient alternative.
SHIPPING CHARGES
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer free prepaid shipping throughout India.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We typically deliver international orders within 8 to 10 business days. In rare cases especially during festive periods or due to external disruptions such as customs procedures or natural events—there may be a slight delay beyond the usual timeline.
Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on several factors, including:
- Destination country
- Product size and weight
- Package type and overall volume
Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and any other government-imposed charges at the destination are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are payable by the customer at the time of delivery, and we do not cover or reimburse them under any circumstances.
Additionally, some countries’ customs authorities may choose to inspect packages during transit. This process is routine and beyond our control.
We would also like to highlight that once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is not eligible for cancellation under any condition.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
For international orders, tracking updates may be limited after the package leaves the origin country.
